CH International Luxembourg S.à.r.l. was incorporated in Luxembourg in December 2005. CH International Luxembourg S.à.r.l. is part of a group of companies of which belong also IBS & Partners S.A. (Consultants to the private Sector), ECTA S.A. (Service provider for the administrative and financial domain and consultants for international call for tenders), and Goudsmit & Tang Management Company Sarl (Business Management and Administration).

CH International Luxembourg, a member of the Luxemburg’s "Ordre des Experts Comptables", is also the Luxemburg’s representative of the international network CH International. The network is composed of economists, management consultants and chartered accountants over the 5 continents.

CHInternational Luxembourg is the first luxemburg’s company of its kind to be accredited ISO 9001:2000 by TÜV Rheinland / Berlin-Brandenburg for the domiciliation and administration of companies.

INCORPORATION OF BRANCHES AND NEW COMPANIES : In accordance with the law of 31/05/1999 (modified on 02/08/2003), we are authorized to incorporate, domicile and manage all kind of companies registered in Luxembourg

DOMICILIATION : We also care that these companies comply with their legal obligations and fulfil their annual documentation for publication.

CHARTERED ACCOUNT : We perform all services provided by a chartered account firm. We accept mandates of auditor and liquidator.
